I first visited Alessia in April for a consultation and patch test as I wanted Ombre brows. An appointment was made for my procedure in May with strict instructions of No Caffeine on the day of the procedure 🤦🏼‍♀️. I settled into the chair and Alessia worked her magic. I felt totally relaxed and at ease. The final result was far more than I thought my brows would ever look. I was given written instructions and some ointment on how to care for my brows during the next few weeks. I can honestly say I had no itchiness or scabbing! Yesterday I had my follow up appointment for any tweaking that may be needed. This is at a lower cost than the full procedure. Alessia and I discussed how had the brows been over the past 5 weeks and due to how well they looked, no additional work was needed. This would have been an ideal opportunity for Alessia to earn a bit more money, but no. Her reputation and work, are to me, more important than money. Client satisfaction 💯.

Came to Alessia for combination brows after years of wanting them but being too nervous about not getting the result I was looking for. I am so glad I trusted Alessia! Perfect 👌 I’ve been to Alessia many times for both Ombré Brows, now the top up and smaller treatments like LVL ..etc I can’t recommend her highly enough - I’d struggle to trust anyone else to literally tattoo my eyebrows because I’m not into the ‘scouse brows’ look but Alessia is so talented that once my eyebrows have healed they look like my brows but better - well worth the investment! And as an added bonus the customer service is second to none and incredibly friendly and personable so I enjoy my visit every single time - thanks again Alessia (and please never stop completely because I’ll be lost 🙈😂)
