Alessia Lea PMU Late Policy
Timing
To assist with the smooth running of business please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, this way your treatment can start on time, and you and I gain from maximum minutes during your appointment.
In events that are beyond your control lateness can not always be helped, please understand that your appointment can’t then run over by the same minutes as the lateness earlier…as this then creates a backlog and the next client may also be running to a time schedule and needs to leave on time, I’m sure you would appreciate the same courteousness for your appointment times. Treatments may still go ahead depending on the nature and discretion of management, excluding the minutes of lateness. If lateness exceeds 15 minutes, it may be advised to reschedule your treatments so they can be carried out in full. Any deposits taken for the appointment needing to be re-arranged are then forfeited and a second deposit will be needed to secure a second future appointment.
If the consistency of lateness exceeds 3 events, management may hold the right to ask for a deposit for each treatment appointed (minimum £5). I hope you can appreciate time is of the essence in the business nature carried out and appointments can be used for other clients desperately wanting a particular time slot.
Deposits
For certain treatments carried out a deposit may be requested to secure your appointment.
Cancellation of appointment:
Management holds the right to hold a deposit. Sufficient notice (excess of 72 hours) or certain circumstances, management hold discretion whether to refund your deposit. I hope you can appreciate that large blocks of time may have been used for several other clients.
Re-arrangement of Original Appointments:
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being held or 50% of the treatment price being required, management holds the right to transfer the deposit to another appointment if certain circumstances are present.
Excess of 24 hours’ notice deposit can be transferred to another appointment date. On second re-arrangement deposit will be held and another deposit is required. Again, exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by management.
Failure to show:
Failure to show up to an arranged appointment will result in a no-show penalty charge of 50% of the treatment cost and a deposit to secure future appointments.
Permanent Makeup:
Upon consultation or online booking for your Permanent makeup appointment, a £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable. Should you need to change your appointment the deposit can be transferred as long as it is more than 72 hours as each appointment is a large amount of time and we require sufficient notice to fill the appointment.
