Patch Testing

New Clients:

A patch test must be completed for all treatments (excluding waxing alone) 48 hours before the treatment day.

Existing Clients:

Please notify us if there have been any medical or skin changes, as another patch test may be needed.

Deposit

When booking brow treatments or lash treatments, a 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please see the cancellation and late policy before booking.

Lash extensions typically last 4-6 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and how well you care for them. To maintain a full look, we recommend getting infills every 2-3 weeks, as natural lashes shed and take the extensions with them.

Yes, when applied properly by a trained technician, lash extensions are safe for your natural lashes. We use a gentle adhesive and apply each extension to a single natural lash, minimising any potential damage. Following aftercare instructions, like avoiding rubbing or tugging on your lashes, will also help keep them healthy.

Generally, it’s best to avoid mascara with lash extensions, especially waterproof formulas, as they can weaken the adhesive and cause premature shedding. Lash extensions are designed to give you a full, mascara-like effect on their own. If you do want extra volume, we recommend using a water-based, extension-safe mascara only on the tips.
